Voicemail Greetings Make sure you know your mobile number and your voicemail PIN code. Without the correct PIN code for your voicemail service your Voicemail Greeting cannot be delivered. For more information and help with your Voicemail PIN click here. When you make your order for your new Voicemail Greeting please ensure all calls to your mobile are diverted to voicemail, otherwise the greeting cannot be delivered. Check that your voice mail service is activated and either turn your mobile phone off, or if the option is available on your handset switch all calls to Voicemail. |
