	General Ordering Instructions 1. Please check your handset and network are compatible (and WAP is enabled if required) with the product you wish to order before ordering. Click here to check compatibility. We are not able to give refunds for orders placed that have been sent to incompatible mobile phones. 2. Choose the item(s) you want to purchase and make a note of the item number(s). Make sure you have the details of the mobile phone you want the item(s) sent to (phone number, make and model, network). 3. Call the Orderline number on the site and follow the simple instructions to place your order. Alternatively click on "Get it Now" next to the ringtone you wish to order to pay using a credit card or other method if available. 4. Please make a note of your order reference code (given at the end of your order) in case of any problems. 5.Your order will be processed immediately. You should receive your item (in the case of items delivered via WAP you will receive a bookmark/url) in a few minutes by SMS but there can be delays due to network problems or network congestion. If your item/bookmark/url has not arrived within 24 hours then please contact us via the contact form or calls us on 0870 046 8279 so that we can look into the problem for you. If necessary we will re-send your original order to your mobile at no extra charge. The instructions are intended as a guide and are based on Nokia handsets. The menu names etc may differ per handset, if you are unsure then please view your handset's user guide for further information.
